I am no fan of George W, but that's just a news story twisting stuff around IMO.

Bush and Cheney did it with the CIA. Bush's daddy was in charge of the CIA. Cheney is a government contractor for the military industry.

Bush is a fuzzy headed alcohol abuse survivor; I'm sure he remembers it that way after having seen it on teebee so many times afterwards...
