Service companies, do you get it yet?
 

I've had this complaint for years, I've read articles about it for years as well (So I know I'm certainly not alone).

If you provide services to someone, anyone, YOU NEED GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Should a company have to wait 2, 3, 5, 10 days for a response from someone you are PAYING for service?

I've noticed this is even worse in the adult space then the mainstream realm, but it exists everywhere.

The disappearing designer/programmer trick could be rolled into this rant as well.
