Customer mail > speaking of chargebacks & lies
My kids are off of school for a teacher's conference weekend here in MN. I came home early - too early I guess, or perhaps just in time. My minor son signed up for your service with my credit card. I cancelled the i-bill renewal. Could you please do likewise and not bill my account. I apologize
for the inconvenience. Account info follows: Your username: xxx Your password: xxx Login ID: xxx Password: xxx Subscription #: xxx (write this down) Transaction #: xxx (write this down) Password: xxx Password: xxx Website signed up for: xxx So how fucking stupid are surfers with kids (parents). a. they give their credit cards to their kids b. they don't protect their pcs from porn c. they give their kids access to their email address ? This email came from the SAME email that is in ibill's records and when our random login was sent. |
Wait, you believe their bullshit excuse?
Sounds more like dad got busted looking at tranny porn again. I get that same exact excuse several times a week. |
the fucker is prolly a fag who joined a stud site and then decided he was gonna go the straight way :321GFY

happens all the time...

b. any kid with half a brain and some computer know how can easily get around this c. if it's the primary account from thier ISP, it's most likely accessible thru Outlook. and even if it isn't, see b. above what i want to know is did you credit him? |

How could his kid get access to his CC AND his private email address. Fucking porn surfers are dirty. Abonish chargebacks. |

b. you need passwords to diable netnanny and such. c. guy has an MSN email address. I don't think those work with outlook (non POP3). yeah I gave his ass a refund so that he doesn't do a chargeback. |
trust me, netnanny is very easy to disable. i used to disable programs like that in high school all the time, and i used to do it for my friends.
and msn gives you a pop3 account as far as i know. |
Haha, pretty funny. Possible, but unlikely. My dad always let me use his CC whenever I wanted...

My minor son signed up for your service with my credit card.
Sure, she says 'my minor son,' which is not how a mother who's child signed onto an adult site would say it. She would say, "my son, who is 15 years old, signed onto your disgusting website..." This is somone who's wife caught them on an adult site...more likely, caught it on the credit card statement and was looking for a way to get rid of the charge. This is a scummy chargeback artist, nothing more. And, let's consider the facts...sure, some kids could figure out how to get their hands on a credit card, and even have the fortitued to use it. But, they would have to have it in their hand, I believe, not just have taken a peak at it. But, if the 3rd party billing company requires CVV2, then it's unlikely the "kid" would remember that part. The E-mail addy, everything else. Fuggedaboutit! It's a grownup perv who got busted by his ball-busting wife. Credit him and make sure your billing company puts him in the asshole hall of fame database. Brutal |
Ask yourself.
Would the phone company give a refund if they'd have tried that shit with them over a 1-900 number? You're too kind dude, but, I see your reasoning for giving the refund rather than fuck with the hassle. Too bad we don't have some automoton to answer the phone like ma bell and robotically tell them "hell no, your kid did it, get the $39 out of his ass.". |
like i've said before, the cvv2 isn't mandatory on ccbill or ibill.
my card has a CVV2, and i've signed up for both ibill and ccbill and didn't put my cvv2 in. no decline. |
