Delayed webcam software
 

This is for a mainstream site but i figured GFY is the best place to ask. I need software (linux server, php preferred) that can loop a recorded webcam session over and over, so that every visitor sees the same thing at the same time (ie NOT like a looping youtube that starts at the beginning every time you load the page).

Any advice?

good luck finding the proper program to do that... it would be something like most online radios have...
