To the person signing up to my sites with stolen credit card numbers -
I have been loging your ips/dates/locations/etc.. I advise you start a legal fund now because I will be suing you and your little helpers soon. For your information, I have a few friends in the FBI who have been more than helpful in building my case. You should have done your research before you became a criminal. So far we are at 16 guaranteed felony charges not including todays transactions.

Why do you think a carder is going to waste his time on here??
Want some good free traffic to a forum you own? Start this thread up on a diff forum digg it and post it on other forums and make the tracking and capture of this carder something interesting to follow. People eat this shit up. |

Friends in the FBI, really?
They are helping you build your case and you are still investigating and collecting more fraud attempts eh? Sweet Mr. DA. |
Hi ProjectNaked,
The fraudder isn't wasting his time here and if he is, he is laughing because he now knows he got to you. Don't waste your time going to your friends at the FBI or even the police. The problem is, you will never be able to prove who is fraudding you. An IP Address is NOT proof that any one person ripped you off. Unless the cops or FBI know that they can catch someone with actual proof, they will not be interested in your case. Try this instead. Keep an eye on your site's sales. As soon as you think you've found fraud, Call the customer by voice to verify his purchase. If you can't reach him by voice, consider the purchase to be fradulent. Log in to your CCBill account and void the transaction before it gets to Visa/Mastercard. You won't make any money on this purchase but you will at least stop it from becoming a chargeback later. CCBill and Visa/Mastercard will love you for it. After that, talk to the card holder and tell them what has happened. You will at least be able to turn this into something positive by helping protect the card holder from being ripped off again. Good luck! |

logging ip's doesnt mean shit... and if you really had a case or friends in the fbi, you wouldnt be posting that here...
why give up your hand when you can keep investigating? personally, i think you are full of shit... and if you came here asking for help instead of pounding some fbi cock story, i am willing to bet that people a lot more skilled than your l33t h@x0r skills would offer you some help..... |

IP block all countries from where few or no people join such as:
1. Eastern Europe (especially Russia/Ukraine) 2. All of asia except Japan. 3. India and possibly middle east too. i don't block turkey or Israel. 4. possibly south/central america except mexico and maybe brazil. 5. maybe block africa too. etc. If your billing company does not block proxy ip's, then I suggest getting updated proxy lists and ip blocking all proxy known ip's. btw, you will need a powerful cpu if your .htaccess file is very big. |
