Affiliate Links - Affect your SEO and Google PR?!

Hey,

I am wondering about all those affiliate links at Page. How much it will affect your SEO and Google PR?!

Is it better solution to direct first those links to another page (your site) and then redirect from there to other site?!

I think that is getting the links to deep, and that might hurt, Or at least not help as much as a direct link.

Just keep an eye on your link trades.

PR is passed to every outgoing link, and affiliate urls are also links, so they get PR too. And outgoing links do not affect your SEO, unless you are linking to bad neighborhood.

Even if you redirect them first to your internal page, and then to sponsor's site, still PR will be passed to your internal page.

IMO, best way is to use nofollow tag.

I started using nofollow for every single aff link - to the sponsor, galleries, etc

Have you noticed some effects of it? Like higher PR or something similar?
