shooting HDV and encoding to h.264?

Hi there GFY...

We are currently shooting in Hi-DEF HDV format.

What is the easiest and best way to encoder our videos into h.264 format?

And also--- what is the best way to encode them into a flash/flv type h.264 format for immediately streaming?
