yep, on and off. It never seems to end. As soon as I think everything is OK...bam, it does it again...

I use Miranda and never have these problems.

actually ICQ has been pretty solid for me lately

yeah, I can't connect either but I was having trouble since last 2 months or so, so nothing new :Oh crap
