But i got my account blocked just about 30min ago, and got this long e-mail below:

Subject: Account block notification

Dear Asshole,

ePassporte closely monitors your Account to ensure your funds are protected from fraudulent use. We previously notified you that as a security measure and for your protection we requested you provide us with certain verification documents:

To date, we have not received this information from you. As a result, the spending limits on your ePassporte Account have been set to zero. You will still be able to receive funds into your ePassporte Account, however you will not be able to spend your balance. Please send the documents requested in order to return your Account to normal status.

Please upload these verification documents by logging into your ePassporte Account and clicking on the "Upload Documents" link located on the left side navigation bar. From there, you will be given instructions for uploading the requested documents.

Alternatively, you may submit these documents via e-mail to [email protected] or via facsimile to (310) 564-1751. We prefer that you scan and upload your documents through our website, as this method works best. Please ensure your scanned documents can be viewed/ read clearly before submission, as incomplete or unclear documents will not be considered for review.

If you have any further questions and for additional assistance, please contact us by sending us a message through your ePassporte Message Center or by using any of the information listed below:

Email: [email protected]
Facsimile: (310) 564-1751
International and US: (310) 301-2001

Thank you,

It's funny how they say that they want to protect you, so they close your account and freeze your funds :error

I had a similar problem, contacted Michael and he solved it in minutes. I really can't understand how Michael still can't deal with being the only decent person on epassporte, guess any company would love to hire him for more money and less stress than dealing with epassporte's incompetence :2 cents:

Don't wait until the deadline... On that same page their should be a list of documents and notations showing which ones were received and which ones were reviewed.

Anyone having problems with their account please email me at [email protected] with your UserID

czarina 06-11-2008 02:56 PM

send them an email and attach your docs to it. That's what I had to do, and it worked out OK for me.

I just sent you an email. When I spoke to epassporte on the phone on Monday, they assured me that I had everything I needed to keep my account open, but today it is locked. No good.

k0nr4d 06-11-2008 03:32 PM

Michael helped me out with my verification process too. Good guy

Basic_man 06-11-2008 04:17 PM

Same for me. All documents sent and REVIEWED, but got my account blocked... sucks!!

CunningStunt 06-11-2008 04:27 PM

I was just in the process of setting up an account, now am not going to bother after reading countless hassle threads.

I'd rather spend an hour in the bank each month with an untrained dipshit trying to put US$ cheques into my Australian $ account, than dealing with this bs.

Lykos 06-11-2008 04:30 PM

same shit here,jesus
