Shit I think I got to buy the ex wife a car.

her car is having so many problems its becoming a headache. She has my daughter and I'm so worried of my poor daughter getting stuck on the side of the freeway with her. She does not deserve a new car but my daughter does. Man what a pain in the ass. Sucks for the chicks I date right now cause I got to spend all my money on the ex and not on them.

Sly 06-11-2008 02:58 PM

LOL. You can't complain about women only wanting you for your money one day and then the next day say that it's unfortunate for them because you can't spend money on them.

Anyway, get a good dependable vehicle. It doesn't need to be a Mercedes you know...

camgirlshide 06-11-2008 03:07 PM

sounds like she needs a nice used car that is more dependable than what she has

I thought you are like 24?

ex wife, daughter, buying cars?!?!?!

man...

Watch out she could be lying and exagerating all the problems to get you to buy her a car.

just lease her a fucking new honda or yari for $100 a month.. it will be safe if she's not a complete idiot.. don't spend any large sums up front for this.. you prolly already pay child support??

wtf? I'm still with my wife, and I tell her to take the bus all the time... Who needs a needy chick?

Couldnt there be some legal way to actually buy the car for your daughter so that mom can not just sell it latter or whatever without your permission or your daughters when she reaches a set age, and regardless the money would go to your daughter. Plus wouldnt there be some gift tax bonus that way (I use accountant so I am not sure, plus I do not have kids).

Sharky 06-11-2008 03:46 PM

Fuck that. It's not your responsibility. If you buy her a car, for your daughters safety of course, then are you going to have to buy/rent her a new house when she moves to the ghetto?

You have to do whats best for your daughter, but in this situation its not buying a new car. Perhaps spend the money on petitioning for more time with your daughter since your ex can't seem to provide reliable transportation for her.

If you buy now, you will pay later. Do you pay child support or alimony? She could go back to court and say your income has increased and ask for more money.. showing the car you bought her as proof you are able to.

Just get her a cellphone, if her car breaks she can call a towtruck. What's the big deal?

I mean it's just not that much of a catastrophic event to me, I've seen SL600's broken down on the side of the road. Poor them.

_Richard_ 06-11-2008 04:11 PM

i would buy a new car.. if safety is a concern, a better car would go a long way

shekinah 06-11-2008 04:43 PM

How old is your daughter? If she's a kid.. she can just ride in a school bus. Why need to buy ex- a new car?

Spunky 06-11-2008 04:51 PM

Or buy a good used car..have a mechanic check it out first

eightmotives 06-11-2008 05:11 PM

Get her a fucking bus pass. Grow some balls man, looks like she still has one of your nuts deep in her throat somewhere.

wtfent 06-11-2008 05:11 PM

You guys are funny. Yea this car makes weird noises and my ex goes weird places, Its really makes me nervous. I was never complaining about girls wanting me for my money, my ex gets it all, I have nadda for them.

I'm 27 in September and I started young. :winkwink:

BSleazy 06-11-2008 05:38 PM

If you have lots of money and she's dirt broke maybe you should have custody?

If she's going weird places, why in the fuck are you going to facilitate that with a new car?

Why don't you try this? Getting up off of your own ass and driving your daughter where she needs to go....

Kudles 06-11-2008 10:24 PM

If it's for your child why not?

payd2purv 06-11-2008 10:36 PM

Ohh you are 27 ok that is a more acceptable age for problems like this hehheh...

One thing you should also make sure is that she has good insurance..

That kind of elitist mentality will get you nowhere. Do you think you're better than people who "ride the bus" ? Do you want to be passing that ignorance on to your kids?

There's a whole world out there to explore man, lots of it accessible by bus :)

dav3 06-11-2008 11:57 PM

f buying her a car, get custody +child support :D

Chances of his daughter growing up to be a stuck up bitch = pretty high. There are kids starving in this world, I am sure she will live if she has to catch a bus. Or hell, her primary role model in life (her mom) can get her shit together and buy her own car, rather than sponging off you.
