Why is the judge a hypocrite? He didnt go after the scat guy. Do you guys remember when Scat was a type of jazz singing?

What side was the judge on? At first I thought he was against Isaacs but the article actually wasn't too clear what his role was.

Oddly he is the replacement judge which changing judges is not that uncommon but a 9th circuit appeals judge being assigned this case raises some eyebrows on its own. Though I really feel it shall go the right direction. Hell they are already allowing the defendant to appear as an expert witness.

Actually, if you read the whole article, it sounds like this judge seems like a normal fair person, a judge that you would want if you were ever facing one.

Kozinski is a brilliant judge, has libertarian leanings, and is strong on the first amendment. The defendant could do a lot worse than him.
