Global Acces team, enters High Mountain race
 

Hi, Global Acces has entered an official team to compete in a 20Km high mountain race in Andorra. the race will take place this Sunday, starting at 07:00. If we are still alive by then we will post our results next Monday. The race starts in Engolasters and goes through some of the most amazing scenery in the Pyrennees, approximate total incline/decline is about 1356/835 meters, our aim is to finish the race this year, as it was cancelled halfway last year due to bad weather conditions. Wish us luck people as we will definitely need it to finish in good condition.:upsidedow:upsidedow

Mision acomplished.
 

I am glad to say that both members of our team managed to finish the race, I really had a hard time finishing it as I did not do any previous training. My college finished in 58th spot out of 153 participants and I finished in 99th place. My aim for next year´s race will be to advance at least 20 positions. It was a hard :thumbsuprace due to adverse weather conditions, but very satisfiyng, the scenery was simply great. Will post pics tomorrow.
