Places to purchase ~$50 submitting accounts
 

Looking for some places to buy partner accounts for submitting. All niches welcome. If you know of a thread or website with a list that would be a major plus.

Its a pity they are not really helpful even if you just want to pay for a service.
This used to be a flawless service, but needs to have a good boss. This way its much more a headache to me... :(
