I have to commend the webmaster for using a wonderful, real world, easy to locate what you are looking for format:

"I want to.." blah blah blah

example:
Randomize Plugins : I want to ...
01. display random images from a given folder : Random Image widget

A format that should really be used more. :thumbsup
