Closing Epass Account Problem

Ok, I want to close a Epass account, because I do not want to give any documents to them. I simply don\t trust them. I sent them an email to close the account and they wrote back to me that I have to supply documents first to close the account .....

They also write that they will keep my account open for incoming payments, but I won|t be able to spend the money .... I remember awhile ago Michael Olson posted here that if no documentation was submitted you could no longer receive funds, but were able to spend funds in the account.

They keep changing rules again

Yeah, the account accepts all payments just makes it so you cannot access it.

I agree, its total horseshit. They need to set the incomings to 0 as well, is this really just a money suck?

What the fuck?

I have a 0.00 balance on the account so it wouldn't be to difficult to close one would like to think.

I agree that closed accounts should not accept payments. The sender should be made aware that the account is closed.

When the account is not verified and therefor blocked because of high balance or for the amount of money going through the account its turned into a load only account we do this because that in most cases people will verify the account and to prevent incoming transfers from bouncing so Account Holders will have to chase down missed payments while the account is blocked.
We do this on suggestions from our Account Holders.
If an account is closed for other reasons incoming transfers are blocked.
