How many people do you trust in this industry?
 

I'm just curious how people feel about this? How many people would you feel that you actually trust in this industry? My number is under 10. What about everyone else?

Trust as in how?

With my life?
With my traffic?
With my wife?

LOL, all of the above!!!! Those are the one's I am including in my trust!

But I am diagnosed as having Paranoid Tendancies.

All of above? and within industry? .. dude, you must know someone very offline and very personal to trust with your life and wife.

Well, I'm a girl so I don't have a wife! And have gone to shows in this industry about once a month for about 6 years.....I still say I have a very few people I'd trust with my life or much of anything else! LOL

I don't know very many people here all that well, but there are two that I would trust with just about anything :)

I trust myself totally and utterly, there are a few others that I trust not to screw me over on purpose.

I can honestly say.. just one

I trust everybody until they fuck me over...i can't work distrusting everybody by default

i actually trust alot of people, i dont have an exact number, but i tend to keep my circle very small and only contact new people who are referred by people who i already trust. the way i look at it people who are trustworthy will also run with a trustworthy crowd.

I really don't know many people here to say I trust them .. however, by the way certain characters express themselves I can say that there is only a handful of people here who earn the "trustworthy title" :)

Total trust... probably about five. Most other people get the benefit of the doubt until they do something that makes me think otherwise... if you want to make money, you need to be able to throw up some level of trust or you will never be making deals with anybody and nothing will ever happen.

incl. my personal life 110% trust...maybe 4 or 5 people

Mutual advantage trumps trust. But anyway, I've never been screwed and dont plan to be. Life is easy when you are honest.

There are a few not many.

Trust leads to getting screwed over, online, offline, whereverline you can bet you'll get fucked over if you're passing out too much trust. Trust yourself and don't take risks with trusting others, even your best friends/family can turn on you, but you'll never turn on yourself.

I trust absolutely no one 100%, not in this industry or anywhere else. To fully trust in someone, you have to know what goes on in their minds and I haven't yet found a person in the world I trust 100%, including myself. ;)

The ones I dont trust are those that continually feel the need to tell everyone how honest they are.

If i trust them a lot .. i try and make them come work here LOL

But i would say VERY few .. but i do have a handful of people in this biz that are my friends first and foremost .. and then biz friends second. I have a few on internet side and a few on dvd.

What's cool about it is one of friends is a customer and we can scream and yell at work .. then i call her after hours and it's like it never happened LOL We can still totally do our jobs and not let it effect our friendship outside of work.
