VP6 is the type of codec that requires you to have Adobe/Macromedia Video Encoder 8 or Adobe Premiere to encode them properly, even the On flix encoder can't achieve the desired bitrates correctly. Of course it would also work if you had the On2 Flix Engine license which costs like $3000 per year and your own VP 6 encoding tool, but that's not required you just need to have one of the mentioned tools.

We have the licensed codecs to do this with a cluster of 20 macs. I will email you now.
