I do not want any of the current people in the spotlight leading us. Hef and Larry are respected by mainstream to a much larger extent than anyone that comes to my mind as of late.

Yah Z, thats what got me thinking too. I mean its sad to think about but no one can defeat time. We are all allotted a certain amount of time here, no sense in pretending like people live forever. Those two guys have helped shape this country for the better of all of us, I am absolutely sure that I don't want any of the people that have been in the spotlight over the last 3-5 years thinking that they can replace them. Not one of them are "media" worthy to mainstream in a good light and I really don't see an icon type replacement out there at the moment.

Hef's younger sons, Marston and Cooper, want to carry on the Playboy tradition. They will be in position to also take the First Amendment torch.

Unfortunately those types of guys are a dying breed. They came up the hard way.

If it were not for them this bizz would be different I think.. I know porn would have came about anyways but they made it ok to get naked and classy .. People saw big name actresses getting nude and said " hmm this is not so bad if done this way"
