I dont get on with Adium at all, being so used to Trillian before I switched
Luckily they're in the pipeline to release a version for Mac woot woot http://blog.ceruleanstudios.com/?p=205 |
try fire

My girlfriend swears by Meebo. It's webbased.
http://www.meebo.com/ I've used Fire in the past, but it's no longer being actively developed. |

I'm running Mac OS X 10.5.3 on both my laptop and desktop. No problems. Had an issue for a while connecting with ICQ so I reverted back to Adium X 1.1.1. and it's been working well. I think the latest version (1.2.5) is still buggy. . |
I use icq the real one and never had an issue....
|
actually i have now windows vista ultimate running in parallels so that i can continue to use outlook, ms office and trillian. for the rest i use mac programs. the best from 2 worlds and it actually works

maybe audium is the Adium-X knockoff. You should try Adium ;)
