Does anyone know how I can make WLW automatically save my images with dashes?

i.e.

"www.ann.com/ann-goes-to-the-store/ann-goes.jpg"


instead of www.ann.com/ann-goes-to-the-store/anngoes.jpg"

come on someone gotta know....also how can i set it to automatically turn comments off on all my blog posts....
