I just bought Melatonine - how much are you supposed to take?
Its 500 tiny pills each 0.1mg.
And how does it feel? |
It only works when it's dark, so don't bother in the day.

I take 3-6mg when I take it it helps me goto sleep, don't feel tired the next day. When I take my real sleeping pills I sleep for like 18 hours lol on melatonine I sleep normal |

that shit doesnt work for me.. i took like 4 times the dosage b4 and still felt nothing... stick with halcion,ambien,xanax,valium,dormicum.

First of all you should understand melatonine is not sleeping medication but a hormone that is understood to be secreted by a gland in the brains to induce/enforce a sleep pattern. It's completely different than the stuff kman mentioned. So the question is what you intend to use it for. If you go to bed in the morning and you can't get sleep then, I don't think you'll get far as you'll probably have a natural melatonine pulse in the evening too. It's silly and unhealthy to have such a rhythm anyway.
I've taken it once to try and adjust quicker to a new timezone, on this short experience I can't say if it actually works. Scientific evidence is not very thick yet. There are still lots of questions about dosage in the medical community. The official Dutch pharmacotherapeutical guidebook recommends 2 mg but I've seen reports of far less. Up to 300 mg/day has been tried without clinically significant side effects. |

3mg for adults You will have vivid dreams and it is not recommended to take it every night. Advise to take 30 minutes before bed time. Brad |
