webinterface seems to be down, mail is working fine for me with pop / smtp

My spamarrest has been screwing up for the last couple months off and on. It's getting annoying.

It's usually rock solid for me. I've seen it go down a few times over the years but not very often.

Usually solid....

But its always rather slow. Maybe they are upgrading/adding some servers to the system. Or maybe this is just the wakeup call.
