I was not impressed with any of the contestants this year. I wouldn't let any of them be an executive chef in any restaurant, not even a disgusting greasy spoon diner. I hope they get better contestants next season.

Who's gonna win? Since it's a west hollywood restaurant I'm gonna say they go with the chick who's young and not the old dirty guy. The gays and snobby l.a. crowd won't eat a restaurant with an old pig for a chef.

I'd say the chick because she is younger and he can mould her easier

All I know is, if I let that head chef on that show try the ribs I made tonight he'd toss everyone else off that show and declare ME the winner.

I'm telling you... they were incredible. Meat was falling off the bone. I had to treat them with the utmost care just to get them onto the plate.

Only one place I've ever had ribs like this before --- Senor Frogs in Mexico.

i disagree with you... a lot of great chefs are messy during their cooking, as long as they clean up afterwards or during slow times...
