Question for you IT guys..
 

I just had to format my laptop and can?t get the NIC to work. I assume it doesn?t have the drivers needed to get online. Does anyone know a utility from where I can load and it will get my laptop online for more updates? The Device manager isn't telling me what kind of NIC I have.

Check the manufacturer of the laptops website.
