Made a wordpress theme in photoshop and used him to make it a working theme out of the .psd file. He promised a 24 hours turnarround and finally got back to me after 3 days.
The theme he created is full of tables and the code is jacked from another theme.
Now he thinks i would pay for that crap :1orglaugh Beware who you buy from :thumbsup
His gringlish was suspicious.. lol

His emails look like:
Sorry bro,
you wait 2 days, but not my problem, its its problem on what i cant stop. Im another in another city for sent you just this mail.
Please, my epassporte: masterut - 115$

Half of the code is also jacked from another theme, because there are "english descriptions" and this croatian guy barely speaks any english! Its just a rip-off!

Sounds like you got played but if you didn't pay him at all then maybe you're the player. Smart for not paying him upfront.
