I do not wear my pants above my hip bones. I find that to be very uncomfortable. I have them down a bit around my hips, which means an inch or two of my underwear may be visible.

Clothing is clothing. You can't say a certain article is banned from eyesight while you are wearing it.

As sad as it is, it will help stop or at least slow a lot of low level crimes like gang issues and such.

I was standing in line at 7-11 one time and there was two really young girls with their parent and in front of them some dude with his ass fully showing, and the little girls were just looking at him.
