Well I do webcam full time and process with ccbill so I figured I could play around with that before I get totally enthralled with it on my upcoming site.

Make sure your site is fully complete before submitting your app... otherwise you won't get approved.

You're getting ahead of yourself and it's sorta obvious you're not too sure of what you're doing or how to go about it. Just be wary of anyone offering to help you out at this point, and do your research before jumping into bed with anyone.
