well, 1:10k is pretty good.

if your getting 1:10,000 ratios you need to target your traffic better or find a different set of sponsors. I average between 1:250-1:3500 depending on the sponsor.

I think he means visits to the TGP versus sales, not actual clicks to sponsor versus.. because then 1:10000 is really fucked up

Do you mean to the actual TGP site, then to the gallery THEN to a tour? If so what % skim, age of the tgp, % bookmarkers, niche, handmade galleries, etc.

What I'm actually after is a 'reference table' to see what conversion range a good affiliate program should be in in regards to tgp traffic. Maybe even other traffic like seo etc.. Anyone aware of something like this?

yes, 30 000 unqie hits made me $3.25 with one sponsor, 10 000 uniques made me $1.18 with another, and I promote a cam site that makes me ~ $0.10 per click, all of it blog traffic, moslt SE but some SE image traffic in the mix too

also even with the same sponsor I've seen one of the sites converting at 1:2000 and another 1:200. Rigth now go for dating and cams, trust me on this one (tight niches still work well but I can almost guarantee you that we'll have tight_niche_tube for each one of them in less than a year)

that's one thing I haven't figured out, why so many steps, why not cut out the gallery, and send the first click right to the tour?

1:20K TO 1:30K is normal.

I saw ratios of 1:10k a few years ago, but not so much recently unless it's an incredible gallery. Some of them still do that.
