9/11 Commemorative $20 Silver - DISGUSTING
Saw this commercial on TV and almost vomited, this is just plain disgusting IMHO...
Deserves to be shafted, shot, beaten, etc...of course, no way to actually 'reach' them. http://www.911twenty.com/ Shaft it too http://shaftit.com/upcoming.php So pissed about this, blatant profiteering while trying to make it look govt issued. |
non-circulating Liberian legal tender
I laughed when I saw this ad. its a fucking joke
A lot of people made money or careers on 9/11 .. nothing different here.:2 cents:
I dunno it's a 20 $ bill made out of silver? that's kinda cool if you ask me.
It is lame that it's about 911 tho.. |
and how they say its from the gold in the vaults...
very lame... its just a revenue scheme benefiting from a national catastrophe |
9 + 11 = 20, now everyone can profit off the death of others!
Think about it next time you go to a Memorial Day sale, a July 4th celebration, or buy a turkey for Thanksgiving. People make money on death, this is nothing new.
Poor taste cashing in on a tragedy
I want an actual piece of the WTC.
1.8 Million tons of debris removed from the World Trade Center site, and I can't even get one little piece. The real topper is that the WTC steel was sold to China for about $120 per ton, and then recycled into products sold back to the US. You could actually have WTC steel in your home and not even know it. It could be in your car, the screws that hold your desk together or maybe the handles on your kitchen cabinets. Yet one little bolt gets put up for sale as a memento here in the US and people cry bloody murder. |
Never Forget.
i would do the same, people buy everything

Capitalism ain't always pretty :disgust |

Okay, politics and flaming aside, that's pretty fucked up but expected. |
wow lol hahaha
How is it any different from profiting selling cancer bracelets. Its fucking capitalism.
hahahaha what a stupid piece of junk to buy.
not sure why anybody would want to own something like that
Im not so offended by that but i can see how it could cause offence. At the end of the day, its a silverware and its (for some people) a way to remember what happened. Also a way to remember what the world was like prior to 9/11.
They didn't even offer to donate some proceeds to the families of the victims? If not, that's pretty shitty.
