Mac users, safari or firefox?

Curious what all you mac users are using for a browser. I tried safari and it was just too damn slow responding for me. I had to go with firefix which brings up pages faster as well as moves around faster it seems.

This is on a brand new macbook pro as well. Was kind of dissapointed with the Safari. Any plugins/hints that might make it run a little smoother?

Safari is a joke.. Even the new version..

Firefox crashes the css once in a while..

Heidi Rabbit 07-14-2008 12:06 PM

What is Safari..........jokes, I don't use it, as it blows goats.

Firefox. I can't stand Safari. I have Opera and Camino installed too but don't use them except testing pages.

I like FF 3 myself. The extensions is a huge plus.

Safari used to be shit. So lots of people think it's cool to hate on it.

However, simple old fashioned facts seem to prove it is the more sensible choice.

Safari rocks. For me, it loads twice as fast as firefox.

hypedough 07-14-2008 09:06 PM

Whenever Firefox has a problem loading a page (i.e. load times), Safari is a great back.
