http://www.21sexturycash.com/ has been timing out for me since this morning. Others say it works for them. Maybe one of the cluster servers is down.

I on the other hand haven't seen them down in any of the recent threads (last 2 or 3 months). Anytime a thread pops i check it (since i dont promote them, or anyone else anyway).
