I see there are some sponsors like http://drugrevenue.com and http://www.4rx.com/affiliate-program.html
that sell generic viagra, cialis and other kinds of pills.

Is it legit for someone in USA to be working with sponsors that sell those kinds of products? or would there be some legal problems?

If you clicked on a link you found on ebay for a online pill shop and bought some pills that killed your kid. Who would you sue if the online shop was in Nigeria? ebay?
