Epassporte WTF?

How do you get in touch with the people at epassporte?

The epassporte customer service number is useless.

I needed a withdraw increase and they requested some documents. No problem.

I spent 30 minutes preparing/sending the documents than they disapproved my documents without reason and when I call customer service apparently they don't know the reason either and can't give me the contact information of the person/department who does know.

I've had to call customer service three times to get where I'm at which is nowhere.

It's easier obtaining a real passporte or opening an online stock trading account.

I hate to use a message board in order to resolve issues with what is suppose to be a banking entity but what the fuck else am I suppose to do?

Can somebody here help me out with an alternative?

Contact Michael from epassporte, he seems to be able to do what no one else is able to do. Great guy. ICQ #95431302

Yep without him most questions would never get answered.

Michael O did help me with the document approval and I thank him for that.

I've been using epassporte in a limited fashion because it restricts access to my money in the account.

I'm told the only way I can get the withdraw limit increased is by imprisoning even more money in the account effectively restricting access to even more money.

I'm not sure the reason behind this policy. Prehaps there is a good reason?

I'll just have to keep using epass for small sponsor payments and rely on paper checks/wires/direct deposits for the more substantial payments.

I was just wondering is there any other webmasters that are forced to use epassporte as a limited function because of this policy?

Never heard of this, maybe you misunderstood? (not hard when most of them do not speak english).

You verify the account, submit the documents, they should be able to up your withdrawal limit, at no time did I ever need more money in there to do so.

If you've never had 3k in there at once, I can see them not wanting to bump your daily withdrawal to 2k.

No, I read it right.

They want me to have $4000 in my epassporte account before they up the withdraw limit to $1000 or a series of multiples to increase the limit.

My current withdraw limit is currently only $300 so I have to use it for the smallest transactions. Therefore the only function I can use epass for is funneling small sponsor payments into one of my bank accounts. It serves me no use to keep multiples of what I'm allowed to withdraw in the epass account.

I'm not trying to complain but this policy seems counterproductive as it detours people from using their service more frequently. Atleast in my perspective.

I think epass is a great service for our community and prehaps thay have this policy for good reason I just don't understand why.

I again thank Michael O for his assistance and I'll continue to use epassporte to funnel small payments.

That sounds very reasonable to me.

Prehaps so.

Nobody forces me to be paid via epassporte and like I said before I'll just continue to use it for small transactions only.

Michael O 07-19-2008 07:21 PM

The required balance to increase limits is only required at the time of the increase after that you can have a balance of $0 and still keep the same limits. Once limits are increased they will not be decreased unless you request it.
