Has anybody used Carbonite Backup Utility?

My wife is running a trial with her computer, but I wanted to know if anybody has had any experience with it? How safe is it and how reliable are the backups?

Leo Laporte (from TechTV) loves and recommends carbonite. Mozy and Crashplan are also good.

Thanks guys!! I feel a little safer with her trying it out then. I'm a little weary when putting personal files on a web based server..encrypted or not.
