Mini-Me Sex Tape Suit Settled
Troyer must grant approval before tape is distributed, but has no plans to do so.

LOS ANGELES - The $20 million federal lawsuit filed by Verne "Mini-Me" Troyer against TMZ, online rental company SugarDVD and celebrity sex tape broker Kevin "KB" Blatt has been settled, according to court documents filed Friday.

As part of the settlement, Blatt and SugarDVD agreed not to distribute the tape featuring Troyer and then-girlfriend Ranae Shrider without Troyer's permission, which he has no intention of granting his attorneys told various news outlets.
Troyer filed the suit last month after a 25-second clip of the 50-minute tape, which was filmed over Easter weekend 2007 at a Beverly Hills hotel, were posted on the celebrity news website TMZ.com. Initially, a judge ordered the clip taken down, but reversed that order after Shrider signed documents stating she had given TMZ permission to post the clip.

I think its shite when ppl release these sex tapes. Its different with pron stars as they are looking for people to watch them but private citizens need to be protected

I'm happy to be out of the suit.
I feel the story is far from over.

I know for a fact that an offshore company now has possession of this tape and I fear that it will come out against his wishes anyway.

I love little people and am glad to have this matter resolved.
In the end, it was handled in a short amount of time, and while his case had legs to stand on they were very small legs...

I hope my next tape has an interest level that will dwarf this one in comparison.
I am hoping that if this sex tape does come out, u all will use it to replace Syrup of Ipecac to help induce vomiting after fatally swallowing household cleaners or poison
then.... and only THEN....shall you use this tape.
