Epowertrader Need Some Help

The support forum is pretty dead, just having some issues with the hit tracking code, you have two options first is pain in ass so I have used the second being.

Trouble is it messes up the header IE pushes it down the page a little, I have moved the code down the page a bit but ya tracking doesn't work 100% then anyone had simular probs and have a fix?

I using same code and it works fine.I puted code right after </head>
