Well hair band reunions will sure look a bit weird cause they didn't only do a lot of dope but also wore a lot of makeup.

Osbourne with Sabbath put on a great show in 2005, Ronnie James Dio, Johnny Winter all dudes either close or in their sixties and the shows were killing it.

There are some that kick ass even when they are 60 cause they are REAL, then there are plenty of douchebaggy bands that are 30 years younger and that will never kick half the ass as these old dogs do, cause they are just artificial mascots from the record companies to fill in the mtv playtime between the adverts with some easy listening pseudorock music.

None of them, they're the last of any good musicians. If they leave, we'll be stuck listening to a bunch of whining fags.

I was going to say Van Halen (inside joke), but I've got to second the motion that Britney Spears should hang it up.

And there is more to retirement in the arts than just quiting. In music, there's producing, mentoring, teaching, acting, voiceovers, and sound tracks.

Even Foteus/J.G. Thrillwell is doing the soundtracks for Venture Bros. on Adult Swim.

Weird Al still puts out an album or two, but I've heard he does a lot of stuff behind the scenes and is actually quite productive despite his absence from the stage.

And Kurt Kobain is still dead. Nuf said.

They just move on to be American Idol guest judges anyway. You can never really get rid of the washed up stars.
