I just got my design patent yet I am still waiting to see if the utility patent will get granted.

you fill the cup up with water and it has like 5 different falvor shots you can add

Lot's of patents are similar but it all depends on how the claims are written, but mine is for residential use.:winkwink:

I have 2 shared patents for stupid little things i invented while i was working for a company here in California. So i don't get any Royalties :error

Wouldn't do you any good since it has been granted before it went on public record. takes 18 months so there is six months to access via the uspto.gov site. But if you got 2 mil. to buy it off me, I am willing to let it go for that.:winkwink:

I got fired so i guess you can call that a bonus, the company was fucked up and the boss an Australian had this rule that there could be no co-worker relationships !!! ( ie sex between co-workers )

All the while he was fucking his assistant .
