Hint I was clocked at 188 kph in a 40 kph zone a while back.

It was a career day event for grade 12 students.
As I used to be a technician and still speak at the local college they asked if they could put it on display for the event.
I must say most the kids that came by 1400 in all were really respectful about the paint etc.
But there were a few idiots.

Nice car man. You can't do that sort of thing in Ontario anymore because of a new street racing law. 50Kph over the limit = Licence suspended, car towed and impounded, and $10K fine.

I think that was the only place I "cheaped out" on the restoration.

I used to run that car as a pro-gas car a long time ago but decided to street legal it again.
I have had it for 22 years now...

SWEET, I got a 1969 Pontiac Lemans with a 389 Tri-Power. Rebuilding a pontiac 400 to replace the 389.

I used to build those. Took me a day or two.

Was a lot easier than yours looked, and much cheaper.

Revell had detailed models for twelve bucks and Testor's glue tube cost .79 cents.
