I'm having the same problem.

I was double billed for a submit pass I bought with them. Sent them 2 msgs on their support system and still no answer after a week.

I'm pretty sure the cancel instructions are both on the biller page and in the email you get when you purchase it.

I've never had problems with them...
Just cancel like Pornopat said and you'll never get rebilled.

If its legal I offer you to buy your remaining days for a little discounted price. However I don't want to risk my WS/Al-4A pass with this, so I will do this only if at least 2 confirms are coming in this thread that this could be OK. ;)
