Say GOODBYE to Iran...
http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20080724/...a/nuclear_iran
As much as I think we need to bomb them, I think the economy can't afford what is going to happen... Obama is going to win and Bush is going to do what Obama won't... Expect a bombing campaign in Oct/Nov by Isreal followed by US involvement if Iran tries to block the Straights of Hormuz or retaliates with a missle strike on Isreal.. Really sad news, I don't know what Iran expects to accomplish... |
won't cooperate uh? .... time to put an end to that problem then.........
|
i doubt we will attack even if bushy wants too. I think people are so emotionally tapped out not to mention financialy focused on the homefront woes they wont stand for it.
However you could be right and n that case, Im moving to fiji LOL |
Obama WILL attack them. We can not afford this at all. Good bye Iran but good bye USA. We will be in a depression in a matter of moments if this happens
|
oh ya and asking "what Iran expects to accomplish" is like asking "what france expects to accomplish" when nazi germany told them to lay down their weapons and they didnt.
|
they dont want the oil bubble to burst, this will make sure it doesnt.
|
shit is getting dangerous ..
|
no way they will block that straight. I give it half a day till they go in there and layeth the smack down
|
What the fuck right have Americans got to go all round bombing whoever the fuck they want just so you guys can fill your V8's with fuel?
The American govt is a fucking disgrace. You should all be ashamed of your country. |

also, your comments are funny considering australia was a penal colony for europe, so i guess you were spawned from thieves, murderers, and rapists... :2 cents: unless of course you are an abodiginal... then its of no fault of your own... :thumbsup |
Why would they cooperate with the UN when they are slapping sanctions on them every other day, there is no proof Iran is building nuclear weapons and the NIE report from American intellgence said they halted work on their weapon program in 2003 (if they even did have one).
do you really think bombing Iran will make things better for you |
i hate talking about this stuff

I'm not sure what you mean by not cooperating.
You do know that the US's little buddy Israel has nukes illegally. Not planning to make, not maybe one day they'll have it, they have the nukes already, illegally. You also know that there is a Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty right, which is an agreement by a bunch of countries in the world that they'll work towards a nuke free world. Guess who is part of that agreement? Iran. Guess who refuses to sign it? Israel. So go figure, Israel is going to bomb Iran for supposedly trying to make nuclear weapons when they already have the weapons, illegally, and are one of only 4 countries in the entire world who haven't agreed to get rid of them and haven't signed the treaty. (North Korea signed, but withdrew in 2003, the other countries that aren't part of it are India and Pakistan.) |
A couple of A bombs will smarten them up

Personally i hope gas does go up to 9.00 a gallon, mile 6.00 a gallon and so on. When that happens watch how fast the people revolt and throw these money moguls out on there asses. Truth is society is too busy with there everyday lives to care what goes on. But hit them were it hurts shit will shape up real quick. But the question is will it be to late by then? |
no more bombs

no rapists here... :thumbsup |
Make no mistake about it, if Iran gets the bomb they will use it.
They won't just start firing off nuclear missiles for the hell of it but they'll inevitably get (even more) cocky and do something incredibly stupid like blockading the straits of hormuz. That, or something similar, will then force a western response and that's when the mushroom clouds will start rising :( |

There is more oil in the Gulf of Mexico and Alaska than all of the middle east, we just haven't tapped into the source, yet. All the while California consumes more gas than China, so the U.S is going to have to find a way to develop some type of mass-transit system, other then our ageing railway system. I hope Obama will open his eyes and realize this is the biggest problem facing our country. Which is such an infrastructure built on gas, diesel, and oil consumption. Had we not invaded Iraq half of the money used could've gone to developing such a system, but at the time with the knowledge the American people were given, it seemed like the right thing to do. Now all these problems arise from the real threat, Iran and it makes Iraq look like pocket change.
I just hope that we find a way to put a stop to the wrong people getting there hands on a nuclear weapon. |

These arent the same UN inspectors that assured bush the butcher that Iraq had WMD's are they ?

However, you are wrong about our national defense. Getting rid of Saddam Hussein was the right move. Iran will not be attacked by the USA. The Israelis are going to kick ass all by themselves. |

I don't and never have supported the Iraq war but I've always thought Iran should have been the target. Iran is the main country that destabilizes the middle east and they are the biggest threat to the region. It's no big surprise to me that they won't agree on a non nuclear deal.
