Sedo question

when you search for a domain on SEDO and it's there - does that mean the domain owner has registered it with them to receive offers on OR do they just take it upon themselves to act as brokers and the domain owner may have no idea their domains are on SEDO?

i think that webmasters sell their domains with sedo.

If it is listed for sale on SEDO the domain owner put it there. Note - a previous owner may have put it there and not taken it down though. If it says acquire this domain for me or something like that (forget which text they use) they would be acting as a broker for you and the domain may not be for sale.

if it says for sale, they have regged it for sale there

you can click make offer and SEDO will contact, but if it has a sale page it has been put there

Then they would broker the deal but it may not be for sale. If it is listed on SEDO for sale it would say For Sale or Make Offer.
