They're charging him with 2nd degree murder. Let's see, reports say he stabbed the kid 60+ times, cut his head off, gutted his carcass. I'm sort of wondering what a guy has to do in order to get a 1st degree murder charge in Canada.

Whatever, it's times like this that I miss the death penalty. Scum like this guy doesn't deserve to breath the same air as everyone else.

If it's like the US you have to show premeditation for first degree murder. They have to prove he got on the bus for the expressed purpose to kill his victim. If Canada is like the US, 2nd degree means the only way he gets out of jail is in a wooden box.



canada doesn't even have the death penalty let alone use the chair. Hell even in the US the chair is only available in a handful of states and not even as the main option. A prisoner can only be electrocuted if he chooses to be in those states.
