Seems like CCBILL didn't process sales for us the last 5 hours, you?
Just as I thought the times with CCBILL "no sales holes" was history this happens...
During this time our servers has been up and running smoothly... our bw usage curve is 100% normal, the traffic is normal.. sales from all other processors are normal... This image is time stamps from the emails our system sends to us when a new sales arrives... and I have compared these to the actual sales in our database, it's not delayed emails.. Notice how solid the sales are untill 23:44 and then it's stop, out of the blue, for 5 hours and 26 minutes straight - and then it starts up again with 3 sales within the last 10 minutes?!?!?!?! WTF This is not delayed stats from CCBILL either, these emails are generated by own script which detects the sales on it's own.... This is fucked up crazy... http://feelgoodspot.com/images/hoole.jpg |
Just went through our CCBILL click stats, and all the clicks is there, just no sales... so no traffic missing
|
I don't get it. Don't people sleep? Why don't you compare this to your average sales during the same period of time during the night. I rarely get sales after 3 AM on the pacific coast.

Okay, I'm sold.
|
Just talked to a couple of friends of ours, and they had normal sales during this gap of ours... I'm seriously lots here... what on earth can cause this when the traffic isn't missing?!?!
There's no way in hell that this can be a normal pattern... |
Boozed women pays my bar tab!

Please, pretty please give my suggestions on what can be the issue here.. just dont give me the obvious one that this is just how sales are... my documentation should tell that that is just too unlikely..
Facts : 1) The traffic during these 5½ hours is 100% normal, the servers bw usage looks normal, the clicks at CCBILL looks normal - just no sales 2) Friends of ours, also doing quite a bit of traffic, had normal sales in these 5½ hours I'm totally lost here.. I can point at anything which can cause this... Obviously it isn't a CCBILL thing, this is wide spread over 6-7 accounts total... registred in different names The only other common thing here is the hosting.. the traffic is all hosted in the same server cluster... but then how can the traffic be the same?... I also speed tested our pages during the gap - all looked fine... several times During the gap the sales we make as affiliates with other programs seems normal... that makes it sooo strange HEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEELP!!!!! |

http://feelgoodspot.com/images/z1.jpg you had only like 3-4 sales between 2 and 5am on that day.. WTF dont u think its possible to have 0 sales between those hours? jesus ive had times where i wont get a sale for 5hrs, then the next 5 hours i get many sales.. just cause you didnt get 1 sale during that period doesnt mean ccbill is fucked.. If you did say 30-40 sales BETWEEN 2-5 AM on other days, ill say OK CCBILl messed up. But the day in the pic i posted you only did 3 sales.. so those 3 sales easily could be missing go to sleep |
