Anyone Hiring? Program/Affiliate/Traffic Manager for hire ASAP

After playing around with mainstream for a couple years and then spending the last year running a program for someone who didn't have the money to get things done, I've decided I need to look for a stable company to call home.

I have worked online full time for the past 11 years, all but a couple years in adult. I have worked with some of the leaders in the industry and helped bring them to the forefront. I've ran several adult programs and know how to manage and optimize incoming and outgoing traffic. I know the mechanics of how a program should work, and how to get it there. I am capable with HTML/CSS and Photoshop, and have extensive experience with getting surfers to a site, making them join, and keeping them billing as long as possible. I know how to setup and maintain MPA3 software and know how to get the most out of the CCbill and Epoch backends. I have over 10 years of contacts within the industry and would be a very good asset for a company looking to expand or rebuild.

I am available to start immediately and can show you quick results.

I'm wanting to work with a stable company that has the means to make things happen when they need to be done, not a company that is hoping for a break to make it big. If a site needs to be redone or traffic needs to be bought, I do not want to have to wait months for the money to be there before it can be done. It takes money to make money, and I'm looking for a company that will give me the chance to make things happen. I have dealt with the sologirl/amateur market for the past few years, but I'll consider other niches. I'm hungry for an opportunity that will let me really excel at what I am good at.

I work from home in Oklahoma City and am free to travel to shows to represent you, but I am not looking for a job that will require me to move.

If you are interested contact me TODAY! I look forward to hearing from you.

The polite version:
When an owner doesn't give the program manager the means (i.e. money) to get things done, the program wont grow. It was time for me to look for a better work environment.

Kimmykim 08-05-2008 01:18 PM

Somebody do something or I'll have to unban him from my couch, yikes!

SCOOTER 08-05-2008 01:19 PM

I'm sure you won’t be looking long.

I hear ya! I figured that to be your response, both by you keeping it polite, and I met the owner in PHX...

I wont say he wasn't a good guy, seemed decent. But he seemed to not really know what to do but blame others.

When he told me the name of the program I felt rude in saying that I had never heard of it before. I mean it just came out and I immediately felt bad. But, then he went on to blame his affiliate manager...

So of course I asked who...

I knew it couldn't be the true point of downfall...

We've never met ourselves... but I've heard nothing but good about you...

You've worked with the who's who...

You will bring it in for a nice landing somewhere...

Good Luck on the search :thumbsup

Well, seeing as how I was told I was going to go and then never received a plane ticket, I guess I wasn't there to defend myself. First Phoenix show I have missed in 7 years.

Sly 08-05-2008 01:42 PM

Sounds like it was a bad match for all... time to move on to better things. :-)

Good luck.
