I've never seen that one before actually... I didn't know there was a wait.
Now the search on the other hand.....

When I see that message I click 'Submit' again right away and it usually goes thru no problem..

the counter is definitely buggy..

I have seen that like 3 times in the last year or so.

Just gotta adjust the timer on your bot.... make it a odd time like 43 seconds or so and all will be good.
