You have zeros in referring urls due to raw hits. NATS uses the cookie to track/pass referring urls. So sales/traffic totals will not match up on referring urls all of the time.

I think you would still see the amount earned and then in your overall stats see the $0.00. To see credits and CB's you have to go into deeper stats.

I had a sale for 0.00 yesterday through ccbill. And no refund/chargeback etc for that program. Need to look into that more today.

That's because it is a hidden cross sale, you will see total sales + amount once they are done charging the card for memberships (once it starts to decline ) :thumbsup
