50/50in: trafficmanager and webmaster and boss
 

No i wasnt talking about my girlfriend in the title.

For my "still" website aggroporn.com i need some who can/and is good at being:

• Its trafficmanager: You decide who to trade with, you control/check/make new tradepartner deals.
  Its webmaster: You search for good sponsorvideos to embed, you take care of questions. You schedule in plugs when needed.
  Its boss: Yes you heard it. I wont interfere UNLESS your doing something illegal that will upset the bunch. As long as you know what your doing and what you shouldnt, then your the boss.

So, concluding: You run the freaking show!
Its running on katcms, a nice system that makes sure the top daily senders get the best spots and the most traffic back. Easier, i cannot make it.

Its completely fresh. No strings attached, nothing to hold on to like previous deals or whatever.

Revenue: 50/50!
Its the only way to make sure you continue to bust your ass earning, because well, the more/better work you do, the more you will earn. If you want YOU signup at sponsors or affiliates, and pay ME the 50% made. As long as i can trust you and you send me some nice screenies, or login info.

No investments needed, its all hosted and paid for by me.
What more can one want to start of learning and earning! A complete website at the flip of a ... switch or burger who cares.

So, your idea is that someone else runs the site and you pay for the hosting... and you get 50% of the profits?

Nowadays servers cost is almost nothing... So the best business decision would be to get a fresh server, get some %7 domains from a cheap registar and build that same kind of site... then manage it and get 100% of the money.

Lets be honest here, server to run a linkdump is very cheap, even if the link become mildly successful and say it had 150k uniques a day you can run that on a $150/month server with ease, even cheaper. There are plenty of free cms's or ones like phplinkdropper for $30 or whatever. Design and integration $100, tech support whats that? Server companies will provide tech support, forums can provide tech support (for free).

I dont see the point, someone could outlay $250-$350 and just do it themselves. Even if the outlay was more than that in the long run it still makes no sense for them to do all the work, including BUILDING THE TRAFFIC for %50.

If you was outlaying a huge investment but we are talking baout a link dump and a few hundred dollars.

You should just hire a semi skilled grunt and just do a bit more work on it yourself

You can indeed use a shitty free cms, use a default template, buy your way into some big trades, use a cheap server that will have downtime when you expect it the least.

Or, as a new webmaster wanting to learn the ropes, you could do this without the risk of anything but a bit of time and effort..
