We are looking for a senior marketing manager with some webmaster experience to run our affiliate program. 75 to 100k salary DOE; plus bonus on results. In house Position in NYC/Great Neck.

This is a Senior Marketing Manager Position with ADULT INDUSTRY Experience (This is a MUST). Candidates will have proven track records in effectively managing and growing an online marketing presence for an Adult Industry Company. They will also have a vast knowledge in preparing a marketing plans, launching online campaigns, managing affiliate programs, networking with the Adult Industry and be able to measure results/program conversions.

Requirements:
-Highly experienced in online marketing (4-5 years minimum)

-Experience in SEO and link building to achieve organic ranking on the search engines.

-Experience in performing detailed marketing plan, analytics, and measuring its results.

-Experience in CPA Networks and Affiliate Networks

-Ability to negotiate and broker deals with different ad networks (CPM, CPC, and CPA basis)

-Experience in permission based email marketing with emphasis on tracking and optimization of all relevant statistics (open rate, response rate, etc). And familiarity with any industry standard email marketing software.

-Ability to understand and utilize tracking software (DART, Google Analytics, or Webtrends etc) with emphasis on TRACKING and ANALITICS.

-Ability to manage multiple PPC campaigns

-Must have entrepreneurial spirit who can come up with strategies on his/her own

This is a high profile company that has appeared on television talk shows and features prominently on VH1's "Celebrities Over Sexed 2007", CBS radio, Sirius satellite radio and the E Channel through the nationally syndicated Howard Stern Show. In addition Penthouse, Playboy, GQ magazine, NY Post/Page 6, Stuff, FHM, and Maxim magazine have written many articles and created many pictorials around them.
