No kidding, that was quite the choke. Did you see him afterwards in his interview, he was humbled to the point of near-suicide. What's even weirder is our canoe guy in the 1000 meter race wasn't expected to place at all and he ended up taking the bronze.

Canada may have gotten the horse medal but I'll bet Mexico takes gold in the donkey show competition :D

canada has 3 gold medals, not bad considering the population , china would need 90 gold medals to match canada in terms of population

usa is doing a bit better in gold but not in medals, with 10x the population of canada they need 30 golds to tie canada and they have 31 , but canada has 17 medals , in order to tie canada they would need 170 medals, not likely.

canada is currently ranked 13th at the olympics, the only country with a lower population doing better than canada is cuba

Canada is ranked 17th, and australia, netherlands, jamaica, belarus and romania are all above with smaller populations. Hell netherlands has half the pop, jamaice only has 2 million population and they are owning you!
